Heng is a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT), IPMA, UK and currently focuses his training and coaching in the areas of leadership, mental toughness, impactful presentations, corporate performance change, and strategic team building.Heng obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management in 1993, from the University of South Alabama, USA. He started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers Malaysia in 1994 in Human Resources Management. Heng moved on to join the F&B Industry Giant - TT Resources Bhd as the Head of HR Department, and was one of the key members that assisted in the listing of the company year 1998. He helped design and conduct numerous in-house training programs. He also held positions as Operations Manager.

 

In 2001, Heng was promoted as the Country General Manager for the business in China, where he headed the overall China business operation with 200 employees. Heng is a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT), from the International Professional Managers Association, UK, where he has trained and coached hundreds of aspiring speakers and trainers. He has trained in Singapore, Hong Kong and China, his latest being Carrefour in Shanghai, and Global Sourcing PL Hong Kong. He is also a Certified Mental Toughness

Facilitator by the Mental Toughness Research Institute, USA.

 

His coaching skills are very much sought after. He has been appointed as a senior coach for nationwide programs with Honda, Proton, training dealer owners, general managers, sales and service managers, and executives. Heng has also trained companies such as Bursa Malaysia, Danone Dumex, Experian, Monash University, L&G Cosmetics, Mr DIY and Celcom Edotco.
