Jackie has 20 years of experience in healthcare industry, as senior manager in large multinational companies.  She has implemented various business strategies, executed change management programs and lead growth initiatives nationally. Well-versed with sales & marketing skills, key account management frameworks and people management role, Jackie has the experience of leading teams to greater performance and heights.

In her previous role as business leader, she was hands-on in coaching and training teams for key account management, stakeholder management, strategic sales planning and various cross-departmental collaboration projects. 

 

Identified for her leadership skills, Jackie has had the privilege of attending INSEAD’s Advance Leadership Program and Nanyang Technological University’s Leadership Development Program.   Jackie holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, focused on Strategy and Leadership in Change and Innovation.  She also holds a graduate degree with honours from University of Malaya in Biochemistry.
