  • The session will be conducted online with platform of choice (Zoom / Teams / Webex). It includes:

    • mini-lectures, plenary discussions, polls and quizzes;

    • learning materials provided through the platform; and

    • action planning at the end to translate learning into practice.

Paul Ch'ng is a professional trainer and consultant, with close to two decades of leading and managing in multi-national companies in various industries.
