Covid 19 has brought the biggest disruption globally, bringing businesses to sudden halt and abruptly changing our reality as we knew it. During this time, we've been conducting several interactive virtual workshops for managers from multi-nationals and business owners.
Using the principles of Colour Accounting to discuss how cash flow can be managed in times of crisis, these sessions continue to receive many positive feedback and favourable responses. More importantly, we've realised that despite being confined to our homes, learning interactively as a group can still be done with some tweaks in delivery and technology.
What used to happen in the usual face-to-face learning such as giggles, laughter, engagement and interaction back and forth still takes place. The difference is that it is now via video conferencing, chatrooms and some creative adjustment in the approach.
